The innovative integrated steering lock for E-Bikes and Mountain Bikes
VeLock is the invisible mechanical steering lock that does not alter the design of your bike as it integrates perfectly into the handlebars.
It is a universal solution: thanks to a patented system it is possible to install the steering lock on any e-bike and mountain bike model currently available on the market.
The VeLock can be prepared directly by the manufacturer or installed as an optional device by the dealer.

At its heart is a tubular security lock that has been tried and tested in a variety of applications – including UFO, the famous line of security locks for light commercial vehicles – integrated into a metal cylinder and insulated from weather and dirt by a dust-cover with an opening system.

VeLock is a combination of two terms that focus on the two conceptual cores of the solution: the world of locking systems with the English-speaking term “lock” and the world of two wheels at their origins with the term “vélo”, i.e. the abbreviation of velocipede (an old-fashioned but suggestive term) that creates a connection between the ultra-modern (e-bike) and the origins of the bicycle (velocipede).
Velo- is a “universal root” and is understood in all European languages such as French “vélocipède”, German “veloziped”, Spanish “velocìpedo”, Dutch “vélocipède” and so on.
It is a project patented by Patrizio Spoto and manufactured and industrialised in Italy by Serrature Meroni.
